








Yoga
Our Yoga Program is designed for everyone. Our instructors are all exceptionally well trained and experienced in assisting all levels of participants. Each class will vary slightly in focus and all of our classes are interdisciplinary in nature. Classes are 1.25 –1.5 hours in length. If you are new to class, please introduce yourself to the instructor, feel free to ask them questions about their individual style.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Specialty yoga class combining Iyengar yoga, Kundalini breath work and Pilates mat technique designed to help you create and maintain a truly healthy body.
Pilates Mat
Get awesome abs and a strong body with this series of floor exercises developed over 90 years ago by legendary physical trainer Joseph Pilates. Working the whole body from the “core” outward, Pilates strengthens the muscles, improves posture, and increases flexibility and range of motion. Free to members!
