Bump & Grind Dance  Derived from Hip Hop, Striptease and old fashioned aerobics this workout will move your hips and let you strut your stuff.  The clubs should watch out! 

Cardio Complete
  A well rounded cardio workout including kickboxing, step, slide, jump ropes, etc...Everyone welcome, just be ready to sweat! 

TAC 
Total Athletic Conditioning. All you need in 1 class.  Drills for cardiovascular and muscular training all wrapped up into one class!  Great for metabolism.  Everyone welcome. 

Multi Step 
An advanced choreography step class using 4 steps per person.  You are sharing steps with your fellow classmates and moving around to get a great workout. Prior step experience is recommended.

Muscles In Motion Muscle
  Strength and endurance with an added cardiovascular component!  Format provides  continuous movement with squats, lunges, etc...to add a heart rate response.  

NIA
  Neuromuscular Integrative Action is a movement class that derives it’s feel from dance, yoga and martial arts. .  Class is done in bare feet. All experience and fitness levels welcome. Let yourself go, and enjoy the ride!

Outdoor Boot Camp 
Wear appropriate clothes!  Run, jump, lift...quick get in shape format dealing with the elements!  
 
Soul Sweat  A dance fitness class that integrates multiple dance forms such as African, modern, jazz, and hip-hop, with principles of yoga and other body-mind movement forms.  It's a high-energy workout that will tone your body, increase your coordination, enhance your natural sensuality, and tap into your sense of wild, abandoned self-expression.
 
Step  This class is too fun to miss! Cardiovascular training moving on, off, and around a step bench. All levels welcome.  Classes are 1 hour in length.
 
Winter Sports Conditioning 1 & 2  Everything you need to enjoy winter sports.  Power, strength, agility, flexibility, you name it, we’ll train you.  Helps with injury prevention!  Each class is 45 minutes. 
Zip Cardio 30 minutes of power packed sweaty cardio training!
